These terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers of High Level Essentials and govern the use of this website and all purchases made through it.
By accessing the website or placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
3. Products & Services
High Level Essentials sells physical apparel products produced using a print-on-demand model.
Products are manufactured specifically after an order is placed. Minor variations in color, placement, or finish may occur and are considered acceptable within industry standards.
4. Pricing & VAT
All prices are displayed in EUR (€) unless stated otherwise.
Prices include VAT where applicable and include standard shipping costs unless explicitly stated. No hidden or mandatory fees are added at checkout.
5. Orders & Contract Formation
A purchase contract is formed once an order is placed and an order confirmation email is sent to the customer.
High Level Essentials reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or operational issues. Any payment already made will be refunded.
6. Payment Methods
Payments are securely processed via Stripe and may include:

High Level Essentials does not store full payment card details.
7. Shipping & Delivery
Production time: Orders are typically produced within 2–5 business days.
Delivery estimates: Delivery times depend on destination and carrier. All delivery estimates shown already include an additional buffer of +2 business days.
Delays & force majeure: Delays caused by carriers, customs, weather conditions, or events beyond our control do not entitle customers to compensation beyond applicable legal rights.
8. Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)
Under EU consumer law, customers have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without providing a reason.
To exercise this right, customers must notify High Level Essentials by email within the withdrawal period.
Exception – custom-made goods: The right of withdrawal does not apply to products that are custom-made or produced specifically following the customer’s specifications, as permitted under Article 16 of the EU Consumer Rights Directive.
9. Returns & Refunds
Returns are accepted only where legally required or where products are defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied.
Refunds are issued using the original payment method.
Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days plus an additional buffer of 2 business days.
Damaged or defective goods must be reported within 7 days of delivery and supported with clear photographic evidence.
10. Liability & Limitations
High Level Essentials is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including loss of profit or data, except where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Liability is limited to the value of the affected order unless mandatory consumer protection laws provide otherwise.
