Thank you for acquiring this tool. This dashboard is designed to help you run a seamless and effective DMM.

How to Use

1. File Location:

   • Keep the dashboard private (preferred for consistent tracking).

   • Or make it a public file if you want others to load data before the DMM.

2. Dashboard Layout:

   • The dashboard is horizontal. Each day, enter your KPIs directly into the dashboard.

3. Date Setup:

   • Cell K1 contains today’s date (=TODAY()).

   • Cell H10 is the date you want to revisit. Usually, this is the day before: =K1-1 or =TODAY()-1.

   • H10 also includes a dropdown menu with the last 40 days for quick selection.

4. Conditional Formatting:

   • Each line has its own formatting. Adding new KPIs may require additional setup.

5. Month Comparison:

   • Cells J10 and K10 compare the current month with the previous month. Update accordingly.

6. Initial Setup:

   • First-time DMM KPI registration is free.

   • Subsequent updates or ongoing maintenance can be arranged via highlevelessentials.com.

• If it drives behavior → include it
• If it supports daily decisions → include it

Typical categories:

Customer complaints must also be shown.
Even if the site cannot fully control them, visibility is mandatory.
