If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by email.
If a product is returned, we will reimburse all payments received, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
Products must be returned unused and in original condition.
For custom-made or personalized products, the right of withdrawal may be excluded, as permitted by EU law.
